Corporal Punishment is a watercolour. You don't need an entire uniform to know exactly what the men in the painting are.  Soldiers in particular can be responsible for some very intense images, whether they portray gentleness, tenderness, strength, discipline or control; it's the word 'Powerful' that links them together.
